Scheduling a lab test is simple and can usually be completed in under 10 minutes.
Step 1 : Enter the lab tests ordered by your physician and select a center convenient to you on our scheduling page.
Step 2 : Make a payment to receive your lab requisition slip.
Step 3 : Go to the lab selected with your requisition to have your specimens collected
All appointments are on a walk-in basis. Reports are typically available to download a few days later.
How do LaboratoryAssist rates compare to typical self-pay rates?
LaboratoryAssist rates are considerably lower than the typical self-pay rates available if you schedule as a self-pay patient. The program is intended as an assistance to patients having to pay for the entire cost of their lab tests out-of-pocket.
Do I need a physician referral for the lab test?
